BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator – Architectural

About the role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator to support our architectural projects in Singapore. You will work closely with architects, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the BIM model accurately reflects design intent and complies with local BIM submission standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Architecture BIM models, incorporating the latest design updates.
• Provide BIM technical support across office‑wide projects, including troubleshooting, family creation and documentation assistance.
• Coordinate with architects and consultants, organise coordination meetings and track design issues within the model.
• Generate reports, perform clash detection and BIM interface checks as required.
• Prepare study BIM models, conduct model analysis and create visualisations.
• Maintain the office BIM library, manage families, categories, filters and material libraries in line with Singapore building codes.
• Assist in preparing training materials and deliver ad‑hoc training sessions.

Required profile

• Architectural or technical diploma, or advanced BIM certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience within an architectural practice.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
