Blockchain Solution Architect / Technical Architect

About the role

EY is seeking a Blockchain Solution Architect / Technical Architect to design and deliver blockchain‑based solutions for its technology consulting practice. You will translate business requirements into robust architectures, lead development teams, and help clients unlock value from emerging blockchain technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Turn requirements for blockchain‑based products into architected solutions, selecting appropriate development platforms.
• Lead offshore development teams in the execution of blockchain solutions.
• Ensure feature teams follow agile methodologies and continuously improve best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to create a self‑organising, sustainable development environment.
• Produce management reports for release forecasting, skill‑set gap analysis, and engineering practice improvements.

Required profile

• Passionate about advanced and emerging technologies, especially blockchain.
• Strong learning mindset with a love for experimentation and open‑source development.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams in an agile setting.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to removing development obstacles.
