Brand Ambassador

About the role

As a Brand Ambassador for Treasury Wine Estates, you will lead brand education, advocacy and engagement initiatives across emerging markets in Asia (excluding Greater China), the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with commercial and marketing teams to boost brand visibility, drive customer engagement and support commercial objectives for our premium and luxury wine portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging brand education programmes, masterclasses and training sessions for internal teams, distributors, trade partners and consumers.
• Adapt and localise training materials, presentations and educational resources to meet regional market needs.
• Act as the regional ambassador for Power Brands such as Penfolds and DAOU, as well as Regional Heroes like Frank Family Vineyards and Beaulieu Vineyard.
• Organise and host trade trainings, wine dinners, tastings, media events and consumer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, sommeliers, media, industry influencers and high‑net‑worth wine collectors.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on market activations, events and community engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Passion for wine and deep knowledge of premium and luxury wine brands.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship‑building capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel across multiple regions and adapt to different cultural contexts.

Required skills

• Experience delivering brand training, masterclasses or similar educational programmes.
• Ability to develop and localise training content and presentation materials.
• Proficiency in organising events, tastings and media engagements.
