About the role
Join Royal Org as a Brand Ambassador and become the face of exciting brands. This full‑time position offers a clear path to leadership, starting with brand representation and progressing to team management.
Key responsibilities
- Represent and promote assigned brands in various settings.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Engage with new people daily to build brand awareness.
- Coach and onboard new ambassadors as the team grows.
- Manage campaign logistics and performance.
- Lead small teams and coordinate activities.
- Travel for business opportunities and events.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop leadership abilities.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
