Brand & Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Brand & Communications Executive to join our award‑winning agency in Singapore. The role involves managing social media, crafting communications materials, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of food and beverage clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media accounts from planning through publishing.
• Develop clear creative briefs for external partners and content creators.
• Review and refine content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished and client‑ready prior to publication.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across client accounts.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, award submissions, newsletters and other communications materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, clients and industry partners.
• Coordinate media events, launches, tastings and brand experiences from planning through execution.
• Support content planning and social media management across client accounts.
• Monitor media coverage and campaign performance, preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct market research and identify emerging opportunities for client brands.
• Manage project timelines and collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in CapCut.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
