Brand Event Executive – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Event Executive to help drive brand awareness through face‑to‑face activations, roadshows and corporate events. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in event management, ground marketing and client representation across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in end‑to‑end planning, logistics and execution of brand activations, roadshows and promotional campaigns.
• Represent client brands on‑site, engaging directly with consumers to deliver product information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth on‑site operations and timely delivery.
• Support creative ideation by providing operational feedback to improve future events.
• Gather on‑ground consumer feedback and assist with basic data reporting.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in public engagement.
• Strong interest in event management, brand activism and field marketing.
• Proactive, high‑energy team player with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced event environments, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
