Business Development Executive – Singapore

About the role

Globibo is looking for a Business Development Executive to build its presence in Singapore. You will drive new business, create a client pipeline and promote the company’s translation, interpretation and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Research target organisations and industries to generate leads and identify new market opportunities.
• Contact prospects through email and cold‑calling, customise value propositions and arrange introductory meetings.
• Attend conferences, industry events and networking sessions to expand the company’s visibility.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and develop long‑term support contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from proposal to delivery, collaborating with technical and operations teams.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle feedback and nurture relationships with VIP clients and industry partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B corporate sales or sales‑support experience, with a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
• Willingness to work onsite at Globibo’s Singapore office.
