Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our client base across enterprise and corporate segments in Singapore. You will be responsible for generating new revenue streams and building lasting relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities across enterprise and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
• Present customized solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Engage with senior executives and C‑suite stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
• Fluent English is essential.
