About the role
The Business Development Manager for Marken will drive growth within a defined territory and key accounts by expanding existing relationships and acquiring new clients. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and long‑term partnership success.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned accounts, territory or region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver end‑to‑end customer satisfaction.
- Manage quote requests, special client requests, and track win/loss ratios.
- Conduct market research, trend analysis, and share insights with marketing and senior management.
- Coordinate client projects with operations and support audit/site‑visit activities.
- Represent Marken at trade shows, exhibitions, workshops and client events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in logistics, clinical supply, or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
