Business Development Manager – Recruitment

About the role

Persevio, an AI-native recruitment startup, is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the launch of its agency recruitment arm in Singapore. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will introduce AI‑powered recruitment services to the market, secure new job orders, and help shape the go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach, including up to 100 cold calls daily, to engage potential clients and build trust.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and meeting booking to pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and client onboarding.
• Provide market feedback to leadership, refining the value proposition and sales playbook as the agency model scales.
• Consistently onboard new roles each month once fully ramped, driving revenue growth.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record in high‑volume, cold‑outbound environments.
• Resilient, high‑energy professional able to handle market skepticism and rejection.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking to HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Builder mindset – comfortable with ambiguity and eager to sell a service that is still being refined.
• Prior experience in recruitment consulting, HR‑tech sales, or early‑stage startups is a plus.
