Business Development Manager (Singapore)

About the role

FastCo is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for its FastJobs platform in Singapore. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding employer partnerships, and delivering a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential employer clients through outreach and networking.
• Conduct needs analysis, prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Manage a sales pipeline, track performance metrics and report progress.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather market insights and provide feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Proven business development and sales expertise, including prospecting, lead qualification and deal negotiation.
• Experience in account management, client relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse data and translate insights into commercial strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with the recruitment, HR‑tech or digital platform industry in Singapore is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
