Business Management Associate – Customer Insights & Lifecycle

About the role

We are looking for a Business Management Associate (or Senior Associate) to drive customer insights and lifecycle initiatives for our Monee Credit offering. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies that boost acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional business initiatives such as expansion, P&L optimization, product enhancement and cost reduction.
• Assist product roadmap planning and market research to strengthen product positioning.
• Analyze customer behavior, develop segmentation frameworks and optimize journeys, campaigns and incentives.
• Own and continuously improve the CRM ecosystem, enhancing segmentation, workflow efficiency, campaign effectiveness and data quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Operations and Compliance to deliver customer‑centric projects.
• Conduct deep dives into performance data, identify root causes and recommend strategic solutions.
• Provide market research, commercial analysis and customer insights to support regional business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer insights, CRM, product management, consulting, data analytics or a related field.
• Experience in Payments, Banking, Internet or FinTech is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to turn data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, adaptable with a strong sense of ownership.
