Business Operations Intern (Sep–Dec 2026)

About the role

The Business Operations Intern will be immersed in all business and operational functions of a deep‑tech startup. You will support revenue generation, documentation, project execution and vendor management while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Business Team with pre‑ and post‑project support to ensure smooth revenue generation.
• Create and improve operational documentation such as risk assessments and method statements.
• Allocate internal resources and manage external vendors during project execution.
• Identify and source new vendors as business needs evolve.
• Lead or support initiatives that drive operational excellence from ideation to rollout.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑directed learner capable of working independently and in a team.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Operations or a related field.
