Business Planning & Control Manager, APAC

About the role

The Business Planning & Control (BPC) Manager for APAC will serve as the strategic financial and operational hub for the region, reporting to the APAC BPC Director. Working with a small team, you will partner with local operations, LVMH Fashion Group accounting, and regional legal and tax functions to drive profitable growth and ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly performance, conduct variance analysis, and oversee P&L and balance‑sheet reporting for the APAC region.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, delivering high‑quality reporting packages to the Group.
• Coordinate external audit requirements and provide necessary documentation.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, including annual budget construction and periodic forecast revisions.
• Support operational excellence by designing new procedures, improving retail and back‑office productivity, and partnering with the APAC MD and department heads.
• Perform first‑level contract reviews and support internal control initiatives in collaboration with LVMH legal and tax teams.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial controlling, FP&A, and audit processes.
• Experience working across multiple APAC markets and handling regional complexity.
• Ability to act as a key finance liaison for local entities and senior leadership.
• Proven capability to manage month‑end close, budgeting, and forecasting with high accuracy.
