Care Professional Operations Manager

About the role

Homage is seeking a metrics‑driven Operations Manager to own the end‑to‑end supply and activation funnel for Care Professionals. You will lead a small team of associates, ensuring a reliable pipeline of qualified caregivers and smooth operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 4‑6 associates, setting clear daily targets and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Own the “New Care Professional Activations” metric, aligning weekly workstreams and associate effort to this north‑star goal.
• Maintain a high‑level view of all active operational workstreams, timelines and cross‑functional dependencies.
• Conduct weekly KPI reviews, identify at‑risk targets early and implement structured recovery plans.
• Proactively resolve blockers by diagnosing root causes in process, systems, capacity or cross‑functional friction.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for day‑to‑day operational issues and balance workload across the team.
• Oversee the full approvals workflow, moving candidates from documentation verification and training attendance to final onboarding activation.
• Monitor the approvals pipeline daily, spot volume blockages and work with associates or cross‑functional peers to resolve them.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting risks and priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading small operational teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, KPIs and pipeline health.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, able to diagnose and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Effective communicator who can coach, give feedback and drive performance improvements.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader business objectives.
