Centre Manager – Office Operations & Growth

About the role

Industrious is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead the Singapore office. You will be the primary point of contact for members, responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and overall member experience while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open the office with high occupancy and maintain full occupancy thereafter.
• Manage office performance metrics: occupancy, revenue, profit, budget, and member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert leads into business and support sales activities.
• Oversee P&L, analyze financial performance, and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Implement cost‑control measures and enforce operational rigor.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the on‑site team, ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies.
• Design and optimise processes to enhance member experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, security, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Qualified degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities in uncertain conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
