Chef – Chinese Cuisine Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations across Singapore. The successful candidate will specialize in Chinese cuisine, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Chinese dishes, including all varieties of noodles and rice, following standard operating procedures.
• Manage kitchen workflow, allocate duties, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversee stock checking, inventory management, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain strict hygiene and housekeeping standards throughout the kitchen.
• Ensure safe storage, preparation, and presentation of food.
• Uphold high food quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Chinese cuisine, covering noodles, rice, and specialty dishes.
• Profound knowledge of a wide range of beverages.
• Familiarity with Chinese BBQ and specialty equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, assign responsibilities, and work night shifts.
