About the role
We are seeking a motivated Chef to join our Chinese seafood restaurant in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, maintaining consistency, and supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes, ensuring taste, portion size, and presentation meet standards.
- Monitor inventory, replenish ingredients, and minimise food waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with receiving supplies, support special events, and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and follow instructions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
