Chef de Partie – Production Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the production kitchen at Claudine, a French neo‑brasserie located on Dempsey Hill, Singapore. You will work in a collaborative environment that values craftsmanship, hospitality and continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Execute mise‑en‑place efficiently, setting up ingredients, preparing production batches and keeping the workstation clean and organised.
• Prepare a wide range of ingredients while meeting standards of taste, consistency and presentation.
• Support daily kitchen production to ensure timely preparation and availability of dishes.
• Check and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor inventory levels, assess ingredient quality and coordinate stock ordering when shortages arise.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling, storage and sanitation.
• Assist in optimising workflow and production efficiency within the kitchen.
• Act as a role model and guide for junior team members.
