About the role

TRIFECTA Singapore is Asia’s first integrated surf‑snow‑skate destination, offering action‑sports experiences in the heart of the city. The Chief Operating Officer will lead day‑to‑day operations across the surf, snow and skate facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality guest experiences while driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the venue P&L end‑to‑end, including revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash discipline.
• Build annual budgets with business unit heads and monitor payroll ratios.
• Lead, coach and hold accountable the three BU heads and shared‑services leads.
• Set quarterly priorities, enforce scope‑change rules, and approve all salaried hires.
• Run monthly business reviews, maintain the venue scorecard and report to founders.
• Arbitrate cross‑BU conflicts within five working days.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to support events and brand‑building activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level operations leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment or multi‑venue environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting and cash flow.
• Excellent people‑management skills, able to coach senior managers and drive accountability.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to implement process improvements.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
