About the role

We are partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will shape the technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization. Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
• Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long‑term engineering design.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global engineering organization.
• Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
• Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in system architecture, large‑scale distributed systems, and cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Strong experience building and leading high‑performing engineering teams.
• Deep technical judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Hands‑on technical background to guide teams on architecture and execution.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to align cross‑functional teams.
