Client Technology Manager

About the role

The Client Technology Manager (CTM) leads the delivery of ECI's managed IT services for a portfolio of financial services clients. Working with a dedicated technical team, the CTM ensures client satisfaction, drives infrastructure modernization, and acts as a trusted strategic advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technology services for assigned client accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular strategic meetings, including C‑Level engagements.
• Develop deep knowledge of each client’s goals, technical challenges, and critical infrastructure to proactively mitigate risk.
• Provide feedback to ECI on new client needs and drive continuous platform improvements.
• Assist with client budgeting, financial analysis, and documentation.
• Collaborate with client compliance teams to deliver security recommendations that meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project implementations such as mail system migrations, cloud site migrations, office constructions, and new technology deployments.
• Manage a team of Field Service Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers, handling technical escalations and resolutions.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Proven experience in managing client‑facing IT services and leading technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with senior client stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
