Cluster Revenue Analyst – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will support the Cluster Director of Revenue in shaping pricing and inventory strategies for Raffles Sentosa Singapore’s luxury villas. You will turn complex market and booking data into actionable insights that drive revenue and protect market share.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse revenue, sales and market data; produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and manage inventory across direct and online distribution channels.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market conditions and maintain a demand calendar.
• Track distribution health via Fornova and ensure optimal health scores.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Leadership to resolve over‑booking, booking conflicts and revenue leaks.
• Prepare weekly revenue meeting decks, monthly forecasts and distribute meeting minutes.
• Maintain and utilise revenue management tools such as Opera Cloud, RMS, IDEAS, Tableau and Excel.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail.
• Understanding of luxury hotel dynamics and Singapore market trends.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
