Commercial & Growth Manager

About the role

SendSend is looking for a Commercial & Growth Manager to drive the expansion of its two platforms – SendOS, a SaaS operating system, and SendFood, a community‑focused food‑delivery service. This hands‑on position works directly with the Founder and collaborates with product, technology, operations, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Founder in shaping and executing commercial and growth strategies for both platforms.
• Identify target customers, merchants, partners and new market opportunities.
• Build and manage pipelines for sales, merchant acquisition and partnerships.
• Engage prospects through meetings, demos and follow‑ups, clearly communicating value propositions.
• Source and develop partnerships that accelerate customer and merchant growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications on campaigns, positioning and lead generation.
• Coordinate with product, tech and operations to align commercial goals with product development.
• Prepare business requirement documents, feature briefs, user flows, business cases and sales plans as needed.
• Collect feedback from users, merchants and partners to uncover product gaps and new opportunities.
• Research competitors, market trends and customer behaviour; track leads and conversion performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships or commercial strategy, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Comfortable approaching prospects, conducting demos and turning opportunities into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical mindset for market research and competitor analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, tech, operations and marketing teams.
• Hands‑on attitude with excellent communication skills for interacting with business owners and decision‑makers.
