Communications Designer – Content & Campaigns

About the role

Oculus Design is expanding into social media, integrated campaigns and AI‑powered content. We are looking for a Communications Designer who can create compelling visual and written content that drives engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design social media assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, including posts, reels, carousels and campaign visuals.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series and storytelling concepts.
• Participate in TikTok and short‑form video shoots when required.
• Design corporate communication materials such as reports and presentations.
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Adobe Firefly to generate ideas and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with the team to turn communication challenges into creative solutions.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency or a similar environment.
• Understanding of how social media campaigns support engagement and communication goals.
• Strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable producing both digital content and corporate communication materials.
• Confident user of AI tools in the creative process.
• Proactive, independent and collaborative with a willingness to learn.
