Communications & Experiences Lead

About the role

Revolver Asia is seeking a Communications & Experiences Lead to work directly with the founder, taking ownership of all communications and experiential initiatives. This remote, full‑time position offers high autonomy, mentorship, and the chance to shape the brand narrative for a portfolio of hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications and PR strategies for in‑house and select external hospitality brands.
• Identify and craft compelling stories that resonate with media, partners, and consumers.
• Manage media relations, press releases, and outreach campaigns.
• Conceptualise, plan and deliver experiential events, collaborations and brand activations.
• Coordinate with specialist freelancers, creatives, producers and AI‑enabled tools to amplify impact.
• Monitor and analyse coverage, engagement metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications, public relations or brand storytelling, preferably within hospitality, food & beverage or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound judgments and thrive in a remote, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
