Communications & Public Affairs Business Partner

About the role

Roche is seeking a Communications & Public Affairs Business Partner to shape and deliver integrated communication strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, you will translate complex business objectives into compelling messages that engage both internal and external audiences while safeguarding the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute launch‑excellence communication plans for key disease areas and product introductions.
• Develop and implement the regional public affairs strategy in partnership with the Access and Policy team.
• Localise, cascade and manage change‑management communications to support organisational transformation.
• Provide crisis and issues counsel, ensuring timely and effective response.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to align messaging with divisional, regional and Group priorities.
• Measure communication impact using data, metrics and performance insights.

Required skills

• Proven experience in communications, public affairs or related fields within a regulated healthcare setting.

• Solid understanding of crisis communications and change‑management principles.
