Community Lead – On‑site Hospitality & Operations

About the role

The Community Lead is the heart of the WeWork building, ensuring members receive premium hospitality while maintaining operational excellence. You will be the trusted point of contact for members, guests, and enterprise clients, driving satisfaction and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver elevated hospitality by anticipating member and guest needs throughout the member journey.
• Act as primary resolver for member feedback, using NPS data to identify trends and implement service improvements.
• Support the Community Team in executing curated events that foster networking and boost retention.
• Manage on‑site building operations, including service requests, move‑in/out processes, maintenance work orders, and safety protocols.
• Partner with Security to ensure compliance with global health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Leasing to lead tours, tailor benefits for prospects, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.

Required profile

• On‑site presence 5 days a week in Singapore.
• Strong leadership with a focus on member satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage controllable operating costs while delivering a premium experience.
