Compensation Consultant / Senior Consultant (Singapore)

About the role

Mercer is looking for a Compensation Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Singapore office. You will manage client accounts end‑to‑end and support the delivery of a wide range of rewards projects, from broad‑based compensation design to executive pay initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end client account management.
• Deliver broad‑based rewards projects covering job evaluation, salary structure design, sales incentive design, STI design and performance management.
• Facilitate decision‑making processes and drive projects to completion.
• Manage risks, implement change‑control procedures and ensure delivery excellence.
• Guide analysts on technical aspects and ensure high‑quality analyses.
• Develop industry expertise and stay abreast of reward trends in Singapore.
• Support business development, achieve revenue targets and expand client relationships.
• Deliver executive compensation projects such as board evaluation, LTI design, KPI setting and benchmarking.

Required profile

• Prior experience in broad‑based rewards, either in consulting or an in‑house role.
• Executive compensation expertise is a plus.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client‑engagement skills.
• Target‑driven, agile and highly motivated.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
