Concierge / Supervisor – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge/Supervisor ensures guests receive personalized service and assistance throughout their stay. Working in a vibrant hotel environment, you will coordinate special requests, provide local information, and maintain the smooth operation of the club lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements.
• Gather and share information about hotel amenities, nearby attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor club lounge seating, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Review shift logs, document pertinent information and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities and ensure a professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking and lifting items up to 10 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures and quality standards.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
