Construction Worker Cum Driver

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Construction Worker Cum Driver to join our maintenance team. You will support resident satisfaction by preparing market‑ready apartments, handling routine repairs, and ensuring common areas remain safe and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare move‑in ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests with a professional attitude.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Maintain grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns on vacant units and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Execute scheduled maintenance work as directed.
• Adhere to state, local, and federal fair‑housing laws.
• Participate in required training programs.
• Safeguard company tools and equipment and follow all safety policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, trade, technical or vocational education.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant experience in property or residential maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type II, CPO, or equivalent local certification.
