About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Worker to join Alleviative Engineering’s construction teams. The role involves hands‑on labour on active building sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a variety of labour‑intensive tasks on construction sites.
- Operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing work areas and cleaning up after tasks are finished.
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and strict quality standards.
Required profile
- High School or Senior High School diploma (required); additional construction certifications are a plus.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in construction work.
- Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication abilities, detail‑orientation and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work in physically demanding conditions, including varied weather and overtime when needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with construction tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
