Consultant – Youth Development

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant to join our growing full‑time team at Halogen, a youth development organisation dedicated to building future leaders and entrepreneurs in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Consult and manage youth programmes, providing customised solutions for schools, partners and social service agencies.
• Develop growth strategies by identifying new opportunities and understanding partner needs.
• Lead training workshops and facilitate programmes with teachers, volunteers and youth beneficiaries.
• Utilise qualitative and quantitative data for feedback, impact measurement and storytelling.
• Expand networks, establish new partnerships and support fundraising efforts.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience managing education programmes (fresh graduates welcome).
• Passion for youth development and building Singapore’s future.
• Energetic, dynamic and able to engage diverse audiences from teenagers to corporate leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across stakeholder levels.
• Meticulous, goal‑oriented and able to manage professional relationships to achieve outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and data‑driven decision making.
