About the role

Beureka, a leading online beauty retailer in Singapore, is expanding into social commerce on platforms like TikTok and Facebook Live. The Content & Community Engagement Associate will create compelling content, interact with the online community, and support livestream operations to drive engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, produce, and edit original TikTok videos that align with Beureka’s brand voice.
• Maintain a TikTok content calendar to ensure consistent, timely publishing.
• Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Appear on‑camera when appropriate to foster authentic audience connections.
• Engage with the community on Telegram, email, live chat, and other channels, responding to comments and initiating discussions.
• Provide backend support for livestreams, including product listings and real‑time content updates.
• Gather customer feedback and community insights to improve content strategy and overall experience.

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty, social media, and community building.
• Hands‑on, creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and on‑camera.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving e‑commerce environment.

Required skills

• Experience creating short‑form video content for TikTok.
• Familiarity with livestream planning and backend operations.
• Ability to use social media management tools and community platforms (e.g., Telegram).
