Content Manager

About the role

MORROW Health is seeking a Content Manager to own and optimise its digital presence across social, video, community and search platforms. You will ensure content reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, generates leads and supports business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and Google Business Profile.
• Maintain channel accuracy, organisation and professional appearance while monitoring platform health and audience activity.
• Manage the content publishing calendar, schedule and publish approved assets, and optimise titles, thumbnails, tags, hashtags and captions for each platform.
• Upload, organise and optimise video content and Shorts on YouTube, including playlists, chapters and discoverability features.
• Monitor video performance, audience engagement and channel analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Engage with the community by monitoring comments, reviews, DMs and mentions, responding to routine enquiries and escalating critical issues.
• Maintain an active and positive Google Business profile, handling reviews and updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple social and video channels in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimise content.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
