Corporate Associate – M&A (2-5 years PQE)

About the role

Dentons Rodyk is seeking a motivated Associate to join its leading Corporate Practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, cross‑border M&A transactions and a variety of corporate matters, working alongside top legal minds across the firm’s offices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of domestic and international M&A transactions.
• Handle corporate matters including company formations, restructurings, and compliance work.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and draft transaction documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate and commercial issues.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and teams across different jurisdictions.

Required profile

• 2 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A and corporate matters.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
