Corporate Communications Manager

About the role

SHEGLAM is looking for a strategic and execution‑driven Corporate Communications Manager to build and manage a global communications asset system. The role will translate business insights, brand milestones and industry perspectives into reusable communication tools for media relations, thought leadership and corporate storytelling worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate messaging frameworks, narrative architecture and key message platforms.
• Create and manage a centralized communications asset library for global and regional teams, including executive quote banks, fact sheets, brand backgrounders and FAQs.
• Transform business achievements, innovation milestones and industry insights into scalable communication assets.
• Establish governance processes and standards for content and asset management.
• Support ESG disclosures, corporate trust initiatives and crisis‑issue preparedness, including issue‑response frameworks and playbooks.
• Provide strategic support to the executive team: briefing documents, talking points, interview Q&As and LinkedIn thought‑leadership content.
• Research media outlets, journalists and industry trends to inform outreach strategies.
• Offer on‑site communication support and interpretation during executive interviews, events and external engagements.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability combined with solid business acumen.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Experience creating and managing corporate communication assets at a global scale.
• Proactive mindset for reputation building, ESG storytelling and crisis preparedness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional teams and senior executives.
