Corporate Finance Manager – Trading & Risk

About the role

The Corporate Finance Manager will partner closely with business units to provide financial insights, drive performance management, and support risk and capital allocation decisions. This role is central to financial planning, reporting, and business partnering, contributing to sustainable growth and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support decision‑making and profitability.
• Support joint‑venture operations, review commercial agreements and fee structures.
• Drive process improvements in reporting and strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct tax‑related analysis and support business integration initiatives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance‑tracking activities.
• Monitor financial risks (FX, counter‑party, interest rate, commodity) and recommend controls.
• Partner with Treasury to optimise working capital and liquidity management.
• Oversee financial reporting and coordinate external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA, CFA or MBA qualification is advantageous.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A or business partnering.
• Exposure to trading, commodities, manufacturing, energy or multinational environments is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to support strategic initiatives and drive projects in a fast‑paced environment.
