About the role

Join PwC’s Corporate Sustainability team as an HR intern and support the design and delivery of impact programmes that foster an inclusive and sustainable community. You will work on employee volunteering, wellness experiences and other engagement initiatives while gaining exposure to sustainability reporting and communications.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the end‑to‑end design and delivery of employee volunteering, wellness and engagement programmes aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and external partners such as charities, government agencies and social enterprises to create meaningful experiences.
  • Coordinate programme implementation, including communications, budgeting, logistics and operational support.
  • Develop and update engaging content for internal and external channels to promote the corporate sustainability agenda.
  • Support sustainability reporting, assurance and disclosure initiatives through data collection and content development.
