Creative Content Production Associate

About the role

The Creative Content Production Associate will support the end‑to‑end creation of e‑commerce assets, collaborating closely with the studio team and external agencies to deliver high‑quality visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of production—from research and casting to wardrobe sourcing, scheduling, and post‑production.
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets for e‑commerce platforms.
• Track budgets and targets, controlling variance and reporting progress.
• Develop and improve production processes, systems, and best practices.
• Provide administrative support, including sample management, data entry, and documentation.
• Source props, clothing, and products tailored to each platform’s requirements.
• Cast models and troubleshoot on‑set issues as needed.
• Handle ad‑hoc assignments while maintaining core responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Ability to lift and manually handle products safely.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
