Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

TSH Creative Studio is looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can turn bold ideas into visual experiences. You will join a small, fast‑moving team that values experimentation, storytelling and unconventional design. The role offers the chance to showcase your work on social platforms and help shape the studio’s own visual voice.

Key responsibilities

• Design captivating graphics for branding, social media, websites, marketing materials and ad‑hoc briefs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute unconventional design concepts.
• Produce sketches, illustrations and moodboards during early concept stages.
• Transform complex ideas into infographics and illustrations.
• Maintain and evolve client brand identities through consistent visual output.
• Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery on time, even under tight deadlines.
• Contribute to TSH’s own brand presence, social channels and creative point of view.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of design experience (including internships or freelance work).
• Strong eye for detail, typography, colour and composition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight timelines in a fast‑moving environment.
• Genuine interest in branding, creativity and bold ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
• Experience using Canva and Figma.
• Ability to illustrate, sketch or ideate visually, either by hand or digitally.
