Creative Strategist & Growth Lead (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand that relies on high‑impact paid‑social campaigns to scale emotional gifting and jewelry products. As a Creative Strategist & Growth Lead you will own the end‑to‑end creative process – from ideation and copywriting to performance execution – driving massive ad volume and product‑launch growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily ad concepts, hooks and copy for Meta platforms, aligned with product launches.
• Write persuasive ad copy and build detailed creative briefs for internal production.
• Execute campaigns, monitor performance metrics and optimise based on real‑time data.
• Scale creative experimentation, testing new formats and messaging to increase ROAS.
• Collaborate with the growth team to align creative output with revenue targets.

Required profile

• Obsessed with performance marketing and human buying psychology.
• Hands‑on operator who writes copy and builds briefs without delegating.
• Self‑motivated, resource‑ful and comfortable working flexible hours to meet results.
• Willing to travel occasionally for in‑person workshops.
