Customer Care Officer

About the role

Join Cycle & Carriage Singapore’s Customer Contact Centre as a Customer Care Officer. You will be the first point of contact for inbound callers, handling enquiries, feedback and complaints while delivering professional and courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, providing clear and accurate information.
• Take ownership of cases, managing them from initiation to resolution.
• Ensure timely follow‑up and closure to meet service level and quality standards.
• Record and update interactions across multiple IT systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow‑ups, surveys, service communications and promotional offers.
• Identify service gaps, suggest improvements and escalate recurring issues to the Supervisor.
• Support upselling of relevant promotions, service campaigns or packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 'N' or 'O' level education.
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills in English.
• Positive, adaptable team player with good time‑management.
• Customer‑centric mindset and passion for service excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
