Customer Experience Associate

About the role

The Customer Experience Associate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email. You will ensure high‑quality support, collaborate with engineering teams, and help improve our products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries through phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for support while owning end‑to‑end customer interactions.
• Identify, document, and follow up on product bugs and feature requests with engineering teams.
• Analyze trends in customer issues and propose improvements to policies, processes, and products.
• Review and enhance external Support Center content and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to find answers and serve as a resource for teammates.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Genuine curiosity about people and business, with the ability to inspire passion.
• Experience in direct customer‑facing roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly, think on your feet, and manage time effectively.
• Desire to help people and improve community experience.
