Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal manufacturing teams. This role ensures timely, accurate communication and helps maintain strong customer relationships across our electronics solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all incoming customer enquiries, including complaints, and gather required information (product, lot number, quantity, etc.).
• Forward complaint details to Quality Assurance and CTS teams for root‑cause investigation.
• Collect enquiry data (product, manufacturing site, pricing, MOQ, lead time) and pass it to the Sales team for quotation preparation.
• Publish monthly quotations to customers after updates from the ACM team.
• Provide customers with information on stock availability, lot numbers, expiry dates, and anticipated lead times before purchase orders are issued.
• Liaise with internal departments such as planners and purchasers to track and follow up on customer orders.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical and logistical information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented approach to accurately capture and relay customer data.
• Proactive collaboration with Production, Operations, Quality Control, Sales, and Procurement teams.
