Customer Service Specialist

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist will be the first point of contact for patients and caregivers at our Nex Mall clinic in Singapore. Working full-time on-site, you will deliver warm, professional support across the front desk, phone and digital channels, ensuring a smooth and positive care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage appointment bookings and handle inquiries in person, by phone and via online channels.
• Assist with patient registration, maintain accurate records and process invoicing.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and support the audiology team with basic administrative tasks.
• Resolve service issues, guide patients through after-sales support and telehealth processes.
• Uphold clinic protocols, maintain high service quality and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
• Good organizational abilities, scheduling, record-keeping and basic data entry.
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinical environment with a patient-centered approach.
• Secondary education required; post-secondary certification or diploma in customer service is advantageous.
