Cyber AI Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning. The role bridges customers, stakeholders and cross‑functional technical teams to translate business needs into actionable project plans.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather cybersecurity, operational and AI/ML requirements.
• Define technical scopes, create project plans and manage the full development lifecycle from design through testing and implementation.
• Coordinate activities across software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists.
• Maintain project documentation such as proposals, technical specifications, business cases, test plans and progress reports.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality baselines, and monitor risks, issues and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to all stakeholder levels and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between AI/ML, data analytics and cybersecurity teams to deliver practical, deployable solutions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing software engineering, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects across the entire lifecycle.
• Technical background with solid understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity and modern software development platforms.
• Proven ability to work with internal development teams and external customers or vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
