Cybersecurity Engineer – Level 2

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer (Level 2) to join our Singapore team. You will support and maintain our enterprise network and security infrastructure across on‑premises and hybrid environments, ensuring robust protection against threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 operational support for network and security infrastructure.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and harden network devices.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, proxies and related security platforms.
• Support LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity and troubleshoot security issues.
• Maintain security documentation, SOPs and operational procedures.
• Assist with network security projects, infrastructure upgrades and compliance activities.
• Monitor and maintain network security assets and configuration records.
• Guide junior team members and contribute to security‑awareness initiatives.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis and drive remediation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security or IT infrastructure support.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN networking and security concepts (encryption, certificates, authentication protocols).
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise network and security technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shift and on‑call environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
