Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager / Security Architect to lead security governance, architecture, accreditation and compliance for a strategic cloud and data‑center environment. The role acts as the primary security advisor, collaborating with government authorities, internal stakeholders and third‑party contractors to align with Oracle security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and align security policies, standards and controls with Oracle best practices; conduct gap assessments and recommend remediation.
• Coordinate security accreditation and certification activities; manage audits and maintain compliance documentation.
• Provide security architecture guidance, review technical designs and validate controls across infrastructure, applications and cloud services.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and other security testing; ensure findings are documented and remediated.
• Validate physical and logical security measures in data‑centre and Disaster Recovery Command Centre environments, including access controls, zoning, firewalls and IAM.
• Lead security workshops, translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls and serve as the liaison between the Authority, Oracle and contractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of experience in cybersecurity, information security or security architecture roles.
• Proven experience in security governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with government authorities and third‑party vendors.
