Data Analyst – Food Services Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our food services operations across multiple Asian markets. Reporting to the Regional Account Director, you will work closely with Sodexo country teams and the regional account team to turn data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and validate data from databases, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Develop a unified analytics framework that consolidates data from SmartQ, Drive, LeanPath and other sources into single reports.
• Analyse site‑specific trends, demand forecasts and waste metrics using statistical techniques.
• Create dashboards and visualisations in Google Data Studio and Power BI.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for business leaders, highlighting recommendations.
• Design, maintain and optimise databases ensuring data integrity and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within food services or hospitality.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting, procurement trends and waste management metrics.
